About Our Homes
We’ve fully furnished all of our sober living homes. They are clean, comfortable and welcoming, offering options for shared or private bedrooms. New tenants only need to bring clothing and groceries. Everything else is provided including all utilities, washer/dryer, and cable/wifi. Each home is supplied with everything from bath towels and laundry baskets to sheets and pillows, from televisions and kitchen appliances to cleaning supplies. Capitol Hill Home
The “Denny House” is in Seattle’s iconic Capitol Hill. On E. Denny Way, everything is accessible from here; outpatient clinics, therapists, psychiatrists, job opportunities and public transit. It is a beautiful home with all private rooms.
Green Lake Home
Our newest home is in the Green Lake neighborhood of north-central Seattle across the street from the lake and park. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. Public transportation is easily accessed. Green Lake is a great location for an active lifestyle.
U District Home
Our newest property is in the U District of Seattle. It’s a new construction building and we are able to offer private rooms at our lowest price point. Public transportation is easily accessible.
