Hi everyone. We’ve made a lot of adjustments to continue to provide an accountable and robust community of sobriety during these difficult times. With in person recovery meetings and gyms shut down, we are:

  1. Organizing and maintaining accountability around Zoom meetings.
  2. Running daily meditation meetings, book studies and daily reflection meetings giving tenants service positions to replace their in person commitments.
  3. Exercise! We are providing and strongly encouraging daily exercise maintaining social distancing. We’re doing martial arts training, push up-pull up routines, jogging, and kayaking and paddle boarding among other things.

We are filling the void!
