Hi everyone. We’ve made a lot of adjustments to continue to provide an accountable and robust community of sobriety during these difficult times. With in person recovery meetings and gyms shut down, we are:
- Organizing and maintaining accountability around Zoom meetings.
- Running daily meditation meetings, book studies and daily reflection meetings giving tenants service positions to replace their in person commitments.
- Exercise! We are providing and strongly encouraging daily exercise maintaining social distancing. We’re doing martial arts training, push up-pull up routines, jogging, and kayaking and paddle boarding among other things.
We are filling the void!
